Your work will directly support individuals in understanding their coverage and connecting with the services they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and digital channels in fluent Swedish and English
- Explain health plan details, coverage options, and claims processes in an accessible way
- Assist with enrollment, billing questions, and provider network navigation
- Document interactions accurately and follow up promptly when needed
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless member experiences
Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Swedish and strong command of English
- Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with health benefits, medical terminology, or care coordination
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
