About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a (native Italian) Chat Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality support for crypto trading services directly to our customers. You'll work remotely to build lasting relationships and ensure secure data handling in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality customer support for crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Italian speaker with C1-level English skills.
  • At least 6 months of live chat support experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Live chat support experience preferably in crypto or financial services.
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
  • Crypto industry knowledge.
  • CRM experience in Salesforce.
