SupportYourApp is looking for a Chat Support Consultant to provide high-quality customer support for a dynamic cryptocurrency trading platform. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the direct point of contact for users, building lasting relationships via live chat and email.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support for crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and constructive feedback
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
- Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts, including weekends and holidays
What We're Looking For
- Native Czech proficiency
- Strong English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Nice to Have
- Live chat support experience in crypto or financial services
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
- Crypto industry knowledge
- CRM experience in Salesforce
