About the Role

The Senior Service Design Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of identity services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-centric. This role involves collaborating with various teams to innovate and enhance service delivery, with a focus on improving user experiences and driving business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement identity services that are secure, scalable, and user-centric.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
  • Lead the development of service design strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Create detailed service blueprints and journey maps.
  • Develop and maintain service design standards and guidelines.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints to generate and refine ideas.
  • Prototype and test new service concepts and features.
  • Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics.
  • Identify and address service gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in service design principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with product management to define service requirements and priorities.
  • Work with marketing and communications teams to promote new services and features.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage service design projects from inception to delivery.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Document service design processes and best practices.
  • Participate in service design reviews and retrospectives.
