Reporting directly to the Corporate Manager of Quality & Training, you will be a trusted partner training staff across the United States at Daybreak Health, a company accelerating the human condition by helping people achieve sustainable careers. This high-impact, hands-on role helps shape the employee experience, primarily remote with periodic travel.

What You'll Do

Improve organizational efficiency by training Leadership and Supervisors on customer flow, approval processes, and policy.
Provide training, coaching, and corrections training to project staff to assist with meeting performance and contractual goals.
Facilitate job-specific training based on operational needs.
Deliver monthly reports on all Operations covering quality results, training initiatives, and support strategies.
Work with the Corporate Quality & Training Manager to review performance data for trends and provide technical assistance for areas of non-compliance or low performance.
Participate in pre-audit reviews, working with local teams to review files, assess risk, evaluate process gaps, and prepare for successful audits.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on new local, state, and federal guidance, providing feedback on implications and making recommendations for revisions.
Specialize in WIOA-training; workforce expertise is required.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or quality/performance training.
At least 3 years of experience in workforce development, specifically with WIOA programs.
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience developing and implementing training workshops and activities.
Proficiency in facilitation and educational best practices.
A hands-on, 'get it done' mindset.

Nice to Have

Training experience preferably across multiple states.
Experience with SNAP, TANF, or similar programs.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $72,000–$82,000 annually (based on experience).
