Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is hiring a Named Account Executive, Healthcare (Canada). In this role, you will be responsible for selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to new and existing public sector healthcare accounts in Western Canada. You will develop strategic customer relationships, drive account growth, and manage renewals within the Public Health Industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
- Manage renewals for existing customers.
- Work collaboratively with a matrixed, 360 team of sellers.
- Use skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Location: Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan
- Experience in Healthcare, specifically in Public Health
- 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: CAD 151,000 to CAD 229,300
