About the Role

Cognizant is hiring a Multimedia Integration Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of audiovisual and multimedia integration projects. You will manage projects from initial requirements through commissioning, ensuring they meet client specifications and technical standards.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with business units to gather and understand client requirements.
  • Provide internal clients with recommendations and quotations.
  • Manage budgeting, project scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to solution and design engineering as part of an internal team, in partnership with the Multimedia Infra Team.
  • Engage with the internal REM (Sourcing) team.
  • Manage installation vendor engagement and quality control.
  • Produce and review integration RFPs.
  • Control costs and provide reporting.
  • Review and approve drawings, schematics, and change orders.
  • Use the Ariba platform for RFP production and placing purchase orders.
  • Oversee system commissioning and handover, including TCM turnovers where relevant.
  • Liaise across client, general contractors, electrical contractors, and furniture contractors.
  • Partner with Multimedia Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure consistency with operational and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Manage internal client expectations.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices for payment.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and manage project vendor meetings, agendas, minutes, and snag lists.
  • Attend all necessary CS and EIP project meetings.
  • Produce, overview, and resolve project snag lists across all relevant trades.
  • Log time in the PPM system.
  • Maintain and archive all project documentation, including Bill of Materials, as-built schematics, and architectural plans.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognized project management qualification such as Prince 2 or similar.
  • Experience in broadcast systems design, project delivery, and commissioning.
  • An Infocomm CTS-I qualification.
  • Previous experience as a project engineer or manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of audiovisual systems and videoconferencing technology.
  • A solid understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • A proven track record in delivering corporate AV projects to client specifications.
  • Strong logistical and resource planning skills.
  • Technical understanding and manufacturer training on core products.
