About the Role

Heidi Health is looking for a Multilingual SEO Strategist to pioneer our international organic growth. You will be part of the foundational team building our multilingual SEO foundations and localized growth engine from 0 to 1, focusing on key markets such as France, Spain, and Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Size organic search opportunities per country and language.
  • Research priority keywords per locale aligned to user intent and the marketing funnel.
  • Create localization briefs and style guides, coordinating with local growth managers for cultural fit and regulatory accuracy.
  • Audit and recommend improvements for international technical SEO, including hreflang, language selectors, canonical rules, and URL patterns.
  • Generate a pipeline for adapting page titles, schema markup, and internal linking strategies per market.
  • Run locale-specific tests on content types and calls-to-action.
  • Build GA4 dashboards per market to track clicks, CTR, engagement, and conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in international or multilingual SEO with shipped results across at least 3 non-English markets.
  • Expertise in locale-specific keyword research, SERP analysis, and content prioritization.
  • Strong localization experience and a proven ability to coordinate with local growth managers.
  • Working proficiency with localization and CMS platforms like Crowdin and Sanity.
  • Familiarity with international technical SEO, including hreflang implementation, canonical strategy, and language routing.
  • Clear written communication and dependable delivery across multiple time zones.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of international SEO trends, cross-locale SERP norms, and emerging AI-driven patterns.
