About the Role

Cognizant is looking for a Multi Channel Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your skills in MS Excel to enhance customer experiences across various platforms. Working rotational shifts, you will play a crucial part in supporting our display advertising and email marketing efforts to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing multi-channel helpdesk operations to ensure efficient customer support across various platforms.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that enhance customer service strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support display advertising initiatives by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns by ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize helpdesk performance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in customer support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide consistent support and maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification.
