MSX International is looking for a Dealership Operations Specialist to serve as a key partner for our network of automotive dealerships. In this home-based role, you will be instrumental in helping dealerships enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and achieve their sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Work with approximately 30-40 assigned dealers, their operators and managers, as well as regional and zone teams to achieve common goals.
- Evaluate dealership service customer experience using data and observations to drive continuous improvements, build loyalty, and boost performance metrics like CSI.
- Analyze dealership marketing, merchandising, and digital presence against brand standards and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve district sales objectives by consulting with dealerships on how to grow their fixed operations and maximize the OEM Parts program.
- Thoroughly prepare for remote dealer contacts by identifying priorities, reviewing reports, and creating targeted agendas and presentations.

- Previous automotive experience or knowledge of Parts and Service Systems, dealer operating reports, and fixed analysis tools.
