Responsibilities
- Carry out technical deployments, system transitions, and infrastructure updates for client systems
- Complete defined project assignments including server provisioning, firewall upgrades, cloud transitions, and network enhancements
- Engage in the rollout of emerging technologies and modifications to existing infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
- Support and manage virtualization solutions using VMware and Hyper-V platforms
- Implement and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Work with specific networking hardware and platforms including SonicWall, Meraki, Unifi, and Ruckus
- Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, obstacles, and scope adjustments to internal teams and client representatives
- Record technical configurations and client environment details using IT Glue
- Track tasks, milestones, and time entries through Halo PSA
- Utilize Ninja RMM for monitoring endpoints and remote system access
- Perform on-site visits when necessary to fulfill project requirements
- Adapt to variable schedules, including some after-hours work for maintenance windows or client coordination

Compensation
$75,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience and certifications)

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Based onsite in Greenvale, NY. Travel to client sites in Nassau, Suffolk, and NYC (~50%)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours work as needed
- Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience and certifications)
