Responsibilities
- Carry out technical deployments, system transitions, and environment updates for clients
- Complete defined project assignments including server installations, firewall replacements, cloud migrations, and network enhancements
- Engage in the deployment of emerging technologies and infrastructure modifications
- Support and configure systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
- Manage virtualization solutions using VMware and Hyper-V platforms
- Maintain and optimize network components including LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Work with specific hardware and platforms including SonicWall, Meraki, Unifi, and Ruckus
- Provide clear updates on project status, obstacles, and adjustments to internal teams and client representatives
- Record technical configurations and client system details using IT Glue
- Track tasks and log time through Halo PSA
- Monitor and access endpoints remotely using Ninja RMM
- Conduct on-site visits when necessary to fulfill project requirements
- Adapt to variable work hours, including occasional after-hours support for system cutover or client needs
