AbbVie is hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to provide deep therapeutic expertise and build scientific advocacy. In this role, you will maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and serve as a key medical resource.
What You'll Do
- Maintain updated medical knowledge of your assigned therapeutic area.
- Create and update medical training materials and deliver training efficiently.
- Participate in medical projects and events, including study operations and meeting coordination.
- Develop advocacy for the company and its products through sustained liaison with KOLs and prescribers.
- Provide medical advice on product communication under the guidance of medical advisors.
- Respond to medical inquiries under the guidance of medical advisors.
- Coach junior team members.
- Perform other necessary medical liaison activities.
What We're Looking For
- Medical doctor background in the assigned therapeutic area with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Good communication and coordination skills or demonstrated potential.
- Fluency in English for reading, writing, and oral communication.
Nice to Have
- Working experience in the medical department of a multinational pharmaceutical company and related hospital departments.
- People management experience, if applicable.
