Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Product Specialist Migraine for its Neuroscience Migraine Business Unit in Luxembourg. This fully field-based position drives product success and expands influence among healthcare professionals, requiring daily travel across different regions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Luxembourg market.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with GPs and other healthcare providers to support patient-focused treatment plans.
- Achieve sales targets and key brand performance indicators (KPIs) through effective multichannel engagement.
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions and consistently strong sales performance.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that support optimal patient care.
- Understand the patient journey within the hospital and patient care in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Develop and execute a strategic call plan to optimize customer engagement.
- Share market intelligence with teams to anticipate trends and adapt strategies.
- Strengthen AbbVie's brand value among healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
- Comply with AbbVie's compliance, ethical, and legal guidelines and ensure timely completion of all assigned training and reporting.
What We're Looking For
