About the Role

Grupo PiSA is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement the supply chain strategy. Your mission is to guarantee service levels with a patient-customer focus, maintain optimal inventory, and balance storage and distribution costs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage supply chain activities, including demand planning, plant capacity, inventory, distribution, storage, and supplier relationships.
  • Participate in improving and increasing the capacity of productive resources to meet demand according to the sales plan.
  • Establish measurement and performance mechanisms for your areas, focused on continuous improvement, increased profitability, and risk reduction.
  • Manage team performance through indicator tracking to drive improvement and development action plans.
  • Ensure proper inventory level management.
  • Secure supply continuity and service indicator compliance (Fill Rate, OTIF) through proper planning and cross-area coordination.
  • Manage productive and supply capacity aligned with the sales plan and business strategy.
  • Implement operational governance routines like S&OP/IBP processes, tactical follow-up, and executive decision-making.
  • Manage supply risk through supplier evaluation, contingency plans, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Promote cross-functional integration between areas to reduce operational friction and improve planning system reliability.
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers, carriers, and external logistics operators (3PL).

What We're Looking For

  • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and MRP/MPS processes.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience in team management and leadership of operational areas.
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination with production, quality, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Ability to manage supply risk and operational continuity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulation.
  • Supervision and personnel management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Senior Management.
