Grupo PiSA is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement the supply chain strategy. Your mission is to guarantee service levels with a patient-customer focus, maintain optimal inventory, and balance storage and distribution costs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You'll Do

Manage supply chain activities, including demand planning, plant capacity, inventory, distribution, storage, and supplier relationships.
Participate in improving and increasing the capacity of productive resources to meet demand according to the sales plan.
Establish measurement and performance mechanisms for your areas, focused on continuous improvement, increased profitability, and risk reduction.
Manage team performance through indicator tracking to drive improvement and development action plans.
Ensure proper inventory level management.
Secure supply continuity and service indicator compliance (Fill Rate, OTIF) through proper planning and cross-area coordination.
Manage productive and supply capacity aligned with the sales plan and business strategy.
Implement operational governance routines like S&OP/IBP processes, tactical follow-up, and executive decision-making.
Manage supply risk through supplier evaluation, contingency plans, and sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Promote cross-functional integration between areas to reduce operational friction and improve planning system reliability.
Monitor the performance of suppliers, carriers, and external logistics operators (3PL).

What We're Looking For

Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MRP/MPS processes.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience in team management and leadership of operational areas.
Experience in cross-functional coordination with production, quality, purchasing, and logistics.
Ability to manage supply risk and operational continuity.
In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulation.
Supervision and personnel management skills.

Nice to Have

Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Senior Management.
