Grupo PiSA is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement the supply chain strategy. Your mission is to guarantee service levels with a patient-customer focus, maintain optimal inventory, and balance storage and distribution costs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
What You'll Do
- Manage supply chain activities, including demand planning, plant capacity, inventory, distribution, storage, and supplier relationships.
- Participate in improving and increasing the capacity of productive resources to meet demand according to the sales plan.
- Establish measurement and performance mechanisms for your areas, focused on continuous improvement, increased profitability, and risk reduction.
- Manage team performance through indicator tracking to drive improvement and development action plans.
- Ensure proper inventory level management.
- Secure supply continuity and service indicator compliance (Fill Rate, OTIF) through proper planning and cross-area coordination.
- Manage productive and supply capacity aligned with the sales plan and business strategy.
- Implement operational governance routines like S&OP/IBP processes, tactical follow-up, and executive decision-making.
- Manage supply risk through supplier evaluation, contingency plans, and sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Promote cross-functional integration between areas to reduce operational friction and improve planning system reliability.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, carriers, and external logistics operators (3PL).
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MRP/MPS processes.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Experience in team management and leadership of operational areas.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination with production, quality, purchasing, and logistics.
- Ability to manage supply risk and operational continuity.
- In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulation.
- Supervision and personnel management skills.
