At Grupo PiSA, we are hiring a Production Manager to plan, organize, direct, and manage human and material resources to achieve our company objectives. You will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and local and international regulations, playing a key role in our mission to improve lives.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the production of hyperimmune plasmas according to established programs.
- Plan and manage material resources to achieve company objectives.
- Verify the design of immunization schemes for plasma production.
- Organize human resources to achieve established goals.
- Create appropriate organizational climates that enable creativity, motivation, and the development of your team.
- Exercise leadership to guide, motivate people, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemical Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Biotechnological Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in biological production, immunological processes, and antigen formulation.
- Knowledge of local and international health regulations.
- Personnel management experience.
- General knowledge of equines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Teamwork, relationship-building, and service orientation.
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have
- Technical English proficiency. 50% spoken is desirable.
