Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Production Specialist to join our Human Pharmaceuticals Supply department. In this role, you will be a key contributor to pharmaceutical packaging and production operations, focusing on documentation, project support, and operational execution.
What You'll Do
- Draft change applications according to project requirements and execute related action items.
- Draft trial run reports, conduct employee training before execution, and manage document approval and archiving.
- Write and update public documents such as SOPs, risk assessments, and batch records.
- Write stability batch records.
- Execute safety-related requirements, including first aid kit maintenance and monthly safety ladder inspections.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks like process establishment and form optimization.
- Participate in and be responsible for packaging-related digitalization projects.
- Manage attendance summaries for third-party employees.
- Collect and register monthly KPI data.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, especially GMP standards.
- Good teamwork skills and strong result orientation.
- English reading, writing, and communication skills.

You will be part of the Human Pharmaceuticals Supply department within the Boehringer Ingelheim Greater China organization and our global supply chain system.
