- Delivering personal care to clients
- Assisting with medication management
- Preparing meals for clients
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Running errands such as accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
- Helping clients with morning or evening routines
- Offering companionship and engaging in conversation
- Ensuring clients remain safe and healthy in their homes

Working from 7:45am to 12:45pm midweek and every other weekend

- This role is UK-based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process
- Due to the nature of the role, caring for clients in their own homes and assisting clients to access the community, we require all of our Care Professionals to have a suitable independent means of transport
- This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure
