As a **COO Office Intern (m/w/d)**, you'll **work directly with the Chief Operating Officer** every day. You'll be his **right hand, structure provider, and analytical reinforcement** – right in the middle of all operational, strategic, and organizational company matters. This role is for **high potentials** who love operational depth, numbers, processes, and structure. You'll accompany the COO in nearly all meetings, prepare topics, analyze them, and help further develop Montamo's entire operational setup. **1. Close Collaboration with COO** - Structuring & preparing all COO meetings - Follow-up including to-dos, follow-ups, and implementation checks - Structuring his topics, priorities, and strategic initiatives - Preparing CEO-COO strategy meetings **2. KPI Management & Data Analysis** - Maintaining and developing Operations KPI dashboards - Creating analyses, forecasts, and models in Excel/Google Sheets - Daily and weekly KPI evaluations for Operations - Supporting performance reviews and location analyses **3. Location Interface & Dailies** - Preparing and following up daily meetings with Operations Managers - Deriving clear action packages - Supporting rollout of new processes and tools - Accompanying operational topics at all three locations (Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne) **4. Process Optimization & Efficiency Increase** - Analyzing existing operational processes - Identifying bottlenecks - Developing concrete improvement suggestions - Supporting implementation in collaboration with locations **5.
