Job Title: Agency Operations Manager Department: Agency Operations Reports To: VP of Credit, Agency FLSA Status: Exempt Management: Yes Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Lead comprehensive management of Agency Operations departments. Establish monthly strategic objectives, supervise staffing, and ensure rigorous compliance across all operational groups. Direct operations team performance and effectively manage loan pipeline to achieve organizational targets. Guarantee meticulous execution of duties aligned with company policies, state and federal regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct daily operational activities, establishing and surpassing goals, developing team capabilities and service level agreement adherence - Supervise team activities to optimize pipeline management and improve conversion rates - Manage Agency Operations teams including Broker Concierge, Disclosures, and Closers with comprehensive underwriting oversight - Monitor pipeline to enforce internal compliance and customer service excellence - Negotiate and resolve broker/customer challenges regarding pricing, program modifications, and loan request adjustments - Communicate policy updates and facilitate necessary staff training - Engage effectively with Sales Management to identify and recommend operational improvements - Execute additional assigned projects and responsibilities DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: - Meticulous and quality-focused - Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Clear, concise communication across sales, operations, and management - Adaptable and innovation-embracing - Committed to team member development EDUCATION: - High school diploma EXPERIENCE: - Minimum five (5)+ years mortgage industry experience - Minimum three (3)+ years supervisory/management experience in Underwriting/Loan Processing - Wholesale lending background preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Office-based role requiring mobility within departmental locations - No remote work availability All information maintained confidentially per EEO guidelines.
