About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll motivate and direct a group of Aged Care Assessors conducting personalized evaluations with senior Australians in their residential environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing a high-achieving, distributed team with empathy and precision
- Guaranteeing comprehensive assessments and optimal client outcomes
- Engaging with key partners and maintaining robust community relationships
- Conducting regional travel and participating in occasional client assessments
- Receiving comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional support

Your Professional Profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly with remote workforce management
- Relevant credentials in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Nutrition, or Exercise Physiology
- Genuine enthusiasm for elder care and person-centered service
- Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Alignment with organizational values: Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, and Passion
- Current AHPRA registration, valid driver's licence, and reliable transportation
