What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market position across key industries.
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from identifying market needs and documenting requirements to launching and supporting solutions worldwide.
- Act as a trusted technical authority, bridging engineering and sales teams to align development with real-world customer demands.
- Identify emerging opportunities through field research and strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets and applications.
- Represent the monitoring portfolio at international trade shows and industry events, building credibility and visibility across regions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of three years of experience in product marketing or related roles within technical industries.
- Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influencing cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and adaptability in fast-moving, global environments.
- A sense of ownership over product outcomes, customer satisfaction, and successful market execution.
Preferred Background
- Deep familiarity with surveying, structural monitoring, or operations in construction and mining.
- Additional language proficiency to support international collaboration.
- Experience with tools including JIRA, DOMO, Miro, and Google Suite.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model with locations in North America and Europe. Remote flexibility is available, with 20–30% international travel expected to support field engagement and events.
Compensation & Benefits
