Circle is hiring a Monetization Associate to support our monetization initiatives across the payments product suite. You will help shape recommendations through analysis and market context, and run cross-functional work to implement and measure monetization programs.
What You'll Do
- Support monetization planning by contributing analyses, customer/partner learnings, and competitive context to pricing and incentive discussions.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate monetization opportunities and proposed changes.
- Help develop recommendations by turning analysis into clear options, tradeoffs, and decision-ready summaries.
- Execute incentive and commercial programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring rollout readiness.
- Measure and improve performance through KPI tracking, dashboards, and post-launch readouts.
- Own operational cadence for workstreams to keep initiatives moving.
- Support cross-functional alignment with BD, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk/Compliance, and Operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Monetization, BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Strategic Finance, Growth/Revenue Ops, or a similar role.
- 1+ year exposure to payments at a payments company or serving payments customers/partners.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with Excel/Sheets and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Solid project execution skills: organized, dependable, and effective with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting monetization changes end-to-end from analysis through rollout and measurement.
- Familiarity with cross-border and/or stablecoin payments concepts.
- Experience preparing leadership-ready materials like one-pagers, decks, and decision memos.
