Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is hiring a Mobile Training Engineer to deliver high-quality technical training on heat pumps, renewables, and combustion products directly to customers and employees. This field-based role is central to supporting the business’s electrification strategy and upskilling the market during a significant technology transition. You’ll work independently, traveling within a designated area and across the UK/Ireland, engaging with customers, sales teams, and partner centres.
What You'll Do
- Provide training on combustion products using the mobile training van, partner centres, and Worcester Bosch locations.
- Deliver training to customers on heat pumps to support market share growth in renewable technologies.
- Train customers and internal employees on gas, oil, and renewable products at various locations throughout the UK.
- Maintain and develop new relationships with colleges and partner centres in your area.
- Assist the sales force with product launches, exhibitions, and factory tours.
- Prepare course content and training materials.
- Help maintain the development and upkeep of the Mobile Training Van.
- Develop new and update existing courses based on product updates and legislation.
- Participate in train-the-trainer projects for new products and services.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent practical experience.
- A full driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Solid technical knowledge and a trade-related background.
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Experience in current health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Confidence in delivering training to the high standard expected of a market leader.
- Comfort in addressing learners across a wide range of skills and professional positions.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a training capacity.
- ACS CCN1 & CEN1 qualifications.
- Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations, and commissioning procedures.
- Computer literacy with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Some experience or understanding of renewable technologies.
