Novellia is hiring a Mobile Team Lead to spearhead the development of our consumer mobile applications. You will lead the development and maintenance of our iOS and Android apps, ensuring high performance and quality while building the mobile team from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Lead the development and maintenance of our iOS and Android apps using React Native, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability.
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Manage the mobile roadmap alongside the general product roadmap and drive performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS and Android platform and hardware developments to continuously improve our product.
Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in an on-call rotation for mobile.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.
At least 3 years in a startup environment leading mobile teams.
3+ years of experience developing iOS applications using React Native.
Proven working experience in iOS and Android app development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications/features in the App Store and Google Play Store.
A history of delivery on high impact organizational projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Passion for product development and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
Commitment to following best practices and standards for software development.
A desire to be part of building a mobile team from the ground up.
