CHQ CHSI EMP LLC is looking for a Mobile Employee Life Cycle (HR) Manager to provide crucial on-site support remotely. This role is dispatched to locations requiring HR assistance or facing vacancies, focusing on building teams that reflect our core values through professional recruitment and positive engagement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct focused, professional recruitment efforts to attract the right people for the right jobs.
- Implement consistent, positive engagement efforts to create a team reflecting CommuniCare’s core values.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance for all relevant federal, state, and local laws for all team members.
- Implement recognition programs to reduce turnover to a minimum.
- Support managers to enable them to focus on their people.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources managing personnel.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting.
- Prior experience in healthcare is required.
- Prior experience with ATS systems is required.
- Strong public speaking and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
- Detail oriented, with excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Certification as SPHR/SHRM is preferred.
- Long Term Care experience is preferred.
