Nestlé is looking for a Mixer and Production Flow Operator to join the team at the MAGGI plant in Lüdinghausen. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting production control in the mixing area, coordinating quality checks, and working on continuous process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Support production control of the mixing area, including planning and organizing raw material inspections, releasing process orders, creating transport orders, and coordinating production sequence.
- Support the product flow coordinator in weekly planning and deputize in their absence.
- Coordinate quality checks of folding sacks and Big Bags and initiate corrective measures.
- Apply and support colleagues in using the systems G-Batch (PLS), E80, and SAP.
- Support production at the facilities, including shift operation.
- Work on continuous process improvements using TPM methods and digital tools.
- Participate in the implementation of small projects.
- Handle various back-office tasks, such as complaints and maintaining operating instructions.
- Lead or participate in meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Good SAP knowledge.
- Valid forklift license.
- Strong teamwork and flexibility.

Nice to Have
- Successfully completed training as a specialist in food technology or a similar field.
