As a Mission Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting leadership through executive coordination, operational efficiency, and cross-cultural communication. Working fully remotely, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day functions by managing calendars, travel logistics, and expense reporting, while also contributing to strategic initiatives like donor engagement and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate leadership schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Track monthly expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain financial records
- Attend leadership meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items
- Support fundraising efforts through donor communication and development support
- Manage partner updates, impact reports, and bilingual content distribution
- Prepare and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly updates
- Translate documents, communications, and digital resources between Spanish and English
- Assist in producing podcasts and managing digital content platforms
- Design and maintain automated workflows to improve organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- A committed follower of Christ, actively involved in a local church community
- Minimum of five years as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative role
- Native proficiency in Spanish with strong written and spoken English skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and initiative
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI-powered workflow tools
- Skilled at identifying process improvements and implementing solutions
- Professional demeanor with warm, effective communication abilities
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Latin America. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Regular participation in virtual team meetings and an annual in-person retreat is required. The role emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and spiritual alignment with the mission of advancing church planting globally.
