Vannevar Labs is hiring a Mission Development Manager - COCOM to lead the execution of go-to-market strategies and deliver significant growth for national security technology deployments. You will build and embed our technology into current defense programs and develop new category-defining initiatives, with a trajectory to grow into a Senior Manager within 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

Execute on go-to-market strategies to drive deployments from new footholds to embed in current defense programs.
Develop new category-defining programs within the Department of Defense.
Deliver growth outcomes by executing strategy from concept through contract close.

What We're Looking For

2+ years delivering growth within a technology or products context.
Demonstrated ability to convert pilot sales into larger contracts.
Experience growing defense product deployments from small-scale pilots into larger DoD projects.
Mission domain expertise in national security technology.
Hunger to work in a national security startup to build a team and drive significant growth.
Primary residence commutable to Colorado Springs, CO.
U.S. Persons status with at least a current Top Secret US DoD or IC clearance.

NORTHCOM experience.
