Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across digital, IT, and product functions in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment. You’ll lead hiring cycles from initial intake discussions through to onboarding, ensuring each step aligns with service level expectations and organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, coordinating interviews, assessments, and feedback loops
- Design and maintain structured interview processes to improve hiring accuracy and consistency
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely progression and compliance with defined SLAs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and compensation & benefits specialists to prepare competitive offers
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to first day on the job
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate regular recruitment reports
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on full-cycle hiring
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing roles within digital, IT, or product environments
- Ability to manage a high volume of open positions without compromising quality
- Strong negotiation skills when structuring and presenting job offers
- Professional fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
