Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the initial mid-market sales team in Mexico City, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture from the start.
- Manage a group of consultative sales professionals focused on solution selling, targeting new customer acquisition and account growth to meet recurring revenue goals.
- Take full accountability for sales forecasting, pipeline health, and regional business outcomes.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify, hire, and integrate top-tier sales talent as the organization scales.
- Provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives across all stages of the sales cycle, supporting professional development and performance excellence.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the mid-market sales strategy, tailoring global approaches to local market dynamics.
- Partner with departments including Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Product, and Sales leadership to create efficient, customer-centric sales operations.

- Build, lead, and develop Harvey's founding Mid Market sales pod in Mexico City, creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture from the ground up.
- Lead a team of consultative, solution-based Mid Market Account Executives to achieve ARR targets through both net new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business performance for your region.
- Partner closely with Recruiting to hire and onboard exceptional talent as the Mexico team continues to grow.
- Coach and develop Mid Market Account Executives through every stage of the sales cycle, helping them grow their careers while consistently raising the performance bar.
- Help establish and refine Harvey's Mid Market sales playbook, adapting global best practices to the needs of the Mexico market.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Legal Engineers, Product, and Sales Leadership to build scalable sales processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
