Jasper is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to partner with innovative marketing teams and expand their use of Jasper's Marketing AI solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to strengthen partnerships, uncover new use cases, and drive meaningful revenue growth across a portfolio of existing mid-market accounts.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and drive new revenue growth through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, IT, and leadership teams.
- Deeply understand each customer's business goals and craft strategies that connect Jasper's AI solutions to their biggest opportunities.
- Deliver insightful business reviews and growth recommendations that highlight impact, ROI, and future potential.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering to ensure customers experience seamless adoption and clear outcomes.
- Identify whitespace within existing accounts — discovering new use cases and teams where Jasper can add value.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new revenue goals.
- Use data and insights to forecast accurately, prioritize opportunities, and drive strategic account planning.
- Bring the customer voice back into Jasper, helping shape product direction and marketing messages that resonate.
- Share learnings, wins, and creative growth plays with your peers to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience.
- At least 2 years focused on managing and growing mid-market accounts.
- A strong record of driving new revenue through expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deep experience in consultative selling and value-based conversations with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to turn complex technology into clear, impactful business outcomes.
- Technical fluency in SaaS products — comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, and workflow alignment.
- Experience building account plans and growth strategies based on customer needs and adoption data.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking pipelines and forecasting.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset that thrives in cross-functional environments.
- A natural relationship builder who combines empathy with commercial drive focused on helping customers succeed while achieving ambitious goals.
