Responsibilities
- Work independently as a T-shaped, full-stack engineer covering both front-end and back-end tasks.
- Examine technical architecture documents for the project and confirm that the engineering team's outputs align with them.
- Write code that meets the requirements set by business stakeholders, technical architects, and clients.
- Deliver code with exceptionally high quality and minimal risk of defects appearing in live environments.
- Create clear documentation for your code to assist teammates and other engineering staff.
- Collaborate as a team member to meet deadlines and fulfill commitments together.
- Investigate code when technical issues arise, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions when required.
- Review code from team members to identify and prevent issues before deployment.
- Stay updated on engineering best practices, design principles, technology, security, and compliance to apply them across all duties.
