Responsibilities
- Play an integral role in structuring, negotiating, and closing sophisticated financing matters
- Work closely with experienced practitioners
- Regularly collaborate with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to support acquisition financings and other strategic transactions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial finance or a related practice
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, sponsor-backed financings and/or mezzanine lending transactions
