NICO PRODUCTS, INC. seeks a Metal Plater/Line Operator to run plating operations, monitor chemical baths, and ensure high-quality output in our warehouse. This active, hands-on role provides training for the right candidate who is committed to safety and precision. You’ll join a team dedicated to meeting production goals in a structured, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Perform plating operations per specifications and quality standards
Set up, monitor, and control plating lines and chemical baths
Process parts for required durations per shop paperwork
Inspect parts for thickness, defects, and quality compliance
Verify correct racking prior to plating
Operate and assist with plating tanks and rinse systems
Complete all required paperwork accurately
Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
Identify and report process or equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work independently while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong work habits
0–2 years plating or manufacturing experience
Ability to follow directions and work safely
Attention to detail
Basic math and measuring skills
Comfort with tools like rulers/tape measures and digital systems (computers/tablets)
Teamwork and cooperative mindset
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Desire to meet production and performance expectations
U.S. work authorization
MUST be able to speak, read, write, and understand English

Nice to Have

Forklift experience is a plus
Interest in industry certifications (CEF/NASF)

Compensation: $26.00/Hour + DOQ
