EVEREVE Incorporated is hiring a Stylist to ensure customers receive our signature Styling Experience every time they shop. In this role, you will contribute directly to sales generation and store goals while fostering a welcoming and stylish environment.
What You'll Do
- Act through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy.
- Follow all policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
- Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
- Support the leadership team in daily operations, including coordinating daily tasks, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
- Drive for results and contribute to sales generation, maintaining a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH (sales per hour).
