Puig is looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join the French market team, reporting to the Marketing & Communication department. In this role, you will work on the group's Prestige and Niche brands, contributing to the visual and experiential identity of our luxury products.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and prepare product launches: apply brand guidelines, manage validations, create production and photoshoot briefs, order POS materials and visuals, manage budgets, create timelines, oversee production, supervise installations, and handle post-launch support.
- Manage events, decor, conventions, and seminars: create briefs, supervise logistics like transport and orders, and oversee production from prototype to validation while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Develop and update planograms for retailers using the IWD software.
- Monitor updates for retailer-specific semi-customization elements: rulers, glorifiers, highlights, etc.
- Provide operational field support: manage after-sales service for visuals and POS materials.
- Handle the operational management of the service: manage stocks of products and POS materials, and coordinate courier logistics.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, or in marketing or design, with a specialization in Merchandising.
- Initial experience in merchandising, retail, and/or event project management within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- A sensibility for the world of luxury, particularly perfumes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A passion for Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Retail topics.
- Recognition for your curiosity, creativity, rigor, organization, and operational management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a team with multiple stakeholders and on-site.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of IWD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp 3D software is a plus.
