SHISEIDO is looking for a Merchandising Assistant for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026. You will join the Service Merchandising France and support the Merchandiser in daily operations to ensure the proper presentation of our brands' merchandising across French retailers.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Merchandiser in daily missions to ensure proper merchandising for the Group's brands at French retailers.
- Participate in merchandising deployment for new product launches.
- Contribute to maintaining our brands' image in stores and collaborate with numerous stakeholders (Marketing, Retail, Key Account Managers, suppliers).
- Develop specific planograms for different retailers.
- Implement visuals with decorators and POS materials for launches of various Group brands.
- Ensure the proper presentation of points of sale in collaboration with the Merchandiser.
- Create photo reports of new implementations and analyze the evolution of our visibility.
- Coordinate and transmit information between headquarters and retail teams.
- Conduct competitive studies, especially in flagship stores.
- Participate in managing orders and shipments of POS materials.
What We're Looking For
- Education at a bac +4/+5 level (Business School or University).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organization (managing several projects simultaneously), rigor, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a particular affinity for cosmetic products.
Nice to Have
- A first experience in a Trade or Merchandising department and project management is desirable.

You will join the Service Merchandising France and report directly to the Merchandiser.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
