Woodgrain is hiring a Merchandise Stocker to perform in-store service and inventory replenishment within a defined territory. You will service 2-3 high-volume national account stores per day, ensuring product availability and presentation while providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Perform full in-store service, including cleaning, straightening stock, stocking, culling, and merchandising Woodgrain products.
- Manage inventory replenishment by ordering and stocking products to maintain optimal levels.
- Generate weekly credits and complete assigned projects and resets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with store staff.
- Cover service calls when regular service representatives are unavailable.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and your own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
