Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an MEP Shop Drawings Specialist to support our client’s engineering and construction documentation needs. You will produce accurate and detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems, focusing on solving routing and coordination challenges in collaboration with the design team.

What You'll Do

Create detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD
Develop shop drawings for plumbing and sprinkler systems
Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently
Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges
Work with established templates and systems provided by the client
Collaborate on HVAC system design and documentation
Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in mechanical systems drafting
Proven skill in producing shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems
Ability to collaborate with a design team to solve coordination challenges
Capacity to learn and adapt to established client workflows
