The Educational Equality Institute was looking for a Mentor Volunteer - Ukrainian Professional Development Support (Remote)

The Education Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking volunteer mentors for its Ukrainian Professional Development Support program, which provides mentorship, professional training, and job placement assistance to Ukrainian refugees. This remote role allows professionals to support displaced individuals in building new careers while fitting around personal and professional schedules.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in mentoring sessions with Ukrainian refugees based on personal preferences
  • Support Ukrainian refugees in achieving their career development goals
  • Share professional expertise and guidance with mentees
  • Complete onboarding steps including application submission and profile creation
  • Use the mentoring platform to connect with mentees

What We're Looking For

  • Willingness to volunteer without compensation
  • Professional background or expertise to share
  • Commitment to supporting Ukrainian refugees' career development
  • Ability to complete the mentor profile setup (2-3 minutes)
  • Access to internet for remote mentoring sessions
