The Educational Equality Institute builds infrastructure, language platforms, skills training, and professional mentorship that turns education into employment. Founded for girls and women worldwide, TEEI connects people to education, language practice, and mentorship when traditional systems fail them.
Our programmes are built on connection and community, moving participants through language, skills, and mentoring toward real participation and work. We focus on practical pathways that lead to employment and professional integration, especially for underserved populations including Ukrainians and women.
TEEI operates globally with a focus on equity in education and health, offering services such as Language Connect, Mentors for Ukraine, Skills Academy, and One Connection for cancer peer support.
