Sailor Health is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide remote, flexible-hour psychotherapy to seniors. You’ll join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion and support, delivering evidence-based care as part of a collaborative virtual team.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.

What We're Looking For

A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or CP).
Experience working with the geriatric population.

Nice to Have

Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy.

Technical Stack

Easy-to-use telehealth platforms.
