Marshfield Clinic Health System is seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to provide vital behavioral health services. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive care through evaluation, assessment, and treatment, working collaboratively to ensure patient well-being and continuity of care.
What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment to patients.
- Conduct individual, marital, family, and group therapy.
- Perform triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, patient education, and discharge planning.
- Work with providers, professionals, and agencies to ensure continuity of care through clear and timely communication.
- Complete thorough intake assessments and make diagnoses.
- Provide ongoing treatment which addresses patient problems.
- Complete thorough documentation in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or doctoral degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy (or equivalent coursework).
- Current State of Wisconsin license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with patients of all age ranges with a range of mental health problems and diagnoses.
- Experience completing thorough intake assessments and making diagnoses.
- Experience providing ongoing treatment which addresses problems.
- Experience with individual, couple, family and group treatment.
- Experience identifying and understanding the psychodynamics of individuals.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience completing thorough documentation in a timely manner.
