St. Luke's University Health Network, dedicated to clinical excellence and accessible care, seeks a Clinical Coordinator for our 3A Remote Telemetry unit. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluating daily operations, providing essential guidance to the unit-based nursing team.
What You'll Do
- Develop, evaluate, and adjust current and future staffing to meet patient care needs.
- Assign patient care responsibilities within the unit-based team.
- Maintain departmental records for administrative and regulatory purposes.
- Facilitates staff education activities, including orientation, competency assessments, and mandatory in-service training.
- Provide input for the annual performance reviews of assigned staff.
- Participate in hiring and counseling team members.
- Conduct customer service activities and handle complaints from patients, families, staff, or physicians.
- Assist with management functions on the unit.
- Manage daily operations within established budget parameters.
- Perform in-depth, systematic assessments of all assigned patients.
- Formulate collaborative care plans and identify expected patient outcomes.
- Implement, evaluate, and document patient care interventions and their effectiveness.
- Organize, coordinate, and prioritize patient care, consistently utilizing available resources.
- Demonstrate competency in assessment, treatment, growth and development knowledge, and age-appropriate communication.
- Take an active role in unit-based performance improvement and committees.
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania, depending on work location.
- Two to five years of nursing experience in a unit specialty relevant to remote telemetry.
- Evidence of successful completion of BLS certification.

You will guide and support the unit-based team on the 3A Remote Telemetry unit, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.
