NTT DATA is seeking skilled Mendix Developers to join our support team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Mendix-based applications, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. You'll be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization.
What You'll Do
- Monitor application health and performance.
- Handle user queries and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine checks and validations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or development teams.
- Maintain support documentation and the knowledge base.
- Analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Debug Mendix applications and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Support deployment and release activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Mendix development and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Mendix Rapid or Advanced Developer Certification.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Technical Stack
- Mendix low-code platform, including microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and page logic.
- Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- REST APIs, integration, and data modeling.
- Ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Team & Environment
You will join our support team in Bangalore, working collaboratively to ensure application stability and performance.

This is an onsite position based in Bangalore, India.
