GlossGenius is hiring a Member Support Specialist - Bilingual, Spanish (12 -pm - 9 pm PST shift)

About the Role

Ashby is looking for a Bilingual Member Support Specialist to join our team supporting Brightline members. You'll provide critical administrative support including sign-up, scheduling, billing, and eligibility checks, ensuring a seamless experience for families. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and commitment to working the 12 pm - 9 pm PST shift.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct first phone calls with new members to assess fit for Brightline services
  • Schedule appointments and ensure member paperwork is completed
  • Answer all admin-related questions between sessions
  • Conduct eligibility checks, file claims, and collect member payments
  • Support Providers with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Keep our internal member support software ultra-organized
  • Identify ways to delight members, ease the workday for our clinical team, and improve operational processes
  • Provide support to Brightline members in both English and Spanish

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience managing a medical office
