Ashby is looking for a Bilingual Member Support Specialist to join our team supporting Brightline members. You'll provide critical administrative support including sign-up, scheduling, billing, and eligibility checks, ensuring a seamless experience for families. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and commitment to working the 12 pm - 9 pm PST shift.
What You'll Do
- Conduct first phone calls with new members to assess fit for Brightline services
- Schedule appointments and ensure member paperwork is completed
- Answer all admin-related questions between sessions
- Conduct eligibility checks, file claims, and collect member payments
- Support Providers with a variety of administrative tasks
- Keep our internal member support software ultra-organized
- Identify ways to delight members, ease the workday for our clinical team, and improve operational processes
- Provide support to Brightline members in both English and Spanish
