Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is hiring a Member Support Consultant for Goodlife Health Clubs. This role is the energy behind our clubs, often the first point of contact for new members. You'll join a fast-paced, people-first sales role focused on driving new memberships, inspiring people to start their fitness journey, and creating a positive, supportive club environment.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contribute to the club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the roster.
- Take active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club-based products.
What We're Looking For
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
- Outstanding communication abilities—able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
- Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
