About the Role

American Airlines Credit Union is looking for a Member Services Representative to provide excellent service to members and internal staff by handling the servicing of titles. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant title processing, acting as a key point of contact for members and state motor vehicle departments.

What You'll Do

  • Answer department ACD calls from members
  • Perform clerical duties to perfect security liens, title transfers, and lien releases
  • Review, maintain, and track title files and reports
  • Assist members and Credit Union staff with title processing, ownership transfer, state filings, and lien recordings
  • Interact with field staff via telephone, email, and fax
  • Interact with various state motor vehicle departments
  • Review loan documents for accuracy and legality
  • Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union
  • Research member inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, and relationship building
  • Cross-train on Member Services Representative duties to provide coverage for the teller line during morning hours, lunches, vacation, and Saturday rotations (if located in a Branch)
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all account information and ensure work complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

  • Previous banking or Credit Union experience
  • Previous customer service experience

Technical Stack

  • Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

This role is a member of the Servicing Operations team within the American Airlines Credit Union.
