The individual in this position will help manage daily trading activities, coordinate settlements, monitor market data, and maintain operational accuracy for digital asset transactions in the APAC time zone.

Responsibilities
- Monitor trading activity during APAC business hours
- Execute trades in line with established procedures
- Reconcile trading accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support settlement processes for multiple digital assets
- Respond to internal and external trading inquiries
- Track and report on trade exceptions and failures
- Collaborate with custody and operations teams for smooth transaction flow
- Verify trade confirmations and pricing data
- Maintain accurate records of trading activity
- Assist in improving operational workflows and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial operations or trading support
- Familiarity with digital assets or cryptocurrency markets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with trade lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of financial regulations in APAC jurisdictions
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with trading desks or exchanges
- Understanding of blockchain technology and on-chain data
- Background in operations within fintech or crypto firms
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks
- Knowledge of time-sensitive settlement workflows
- Experience using SQL or similar query languages
- Exposure to compliance or audit processes in financial services
